
Which Direction are you traveling?
Each day we make choices with our health. Do I eat an apple or a doughnut? At all times each one of us is on the wellness continuum (see above).
The choices that you make are either sending you towards illness and away from wellness or towards wellness and away from illness. We do not stand still on this continuum. So each day think about the 3 dimensions of wellness as ask yourself which way am I heading. The 3 dimensions are Physical (How you use your body), Bio-Chemical (What you put into or onto your body), and Psychological ( The Mind Body Connection). If you are making more choices each day that lead you to wellness, great! If it is the other way around... Get your SHIFT together! Shift your life towards wellness and you will be happier, healthier, and well for years to come.

Thanks for the reminder and the great message. Unfortunately, I just got done eating a double cheeseburger and fries before reading this. I plan to get back on track, make healthier choices and come in for another assesment. After all, I am "Mr. Health"
