Let's get you MOVING! Right Now!

Exercise has been shown to reduce your risk of chronic illness. So why don't you do it. Well one reason is that exercise is not always fun. So today I have a simple concept to teach you. Find something you like that involes moving your body and add it to your weekely routine.

An example: I am NOT a runner! I dislike running for many reasons. I dislike treadmills and even dislike running on a trail or a street. Instead I find biking much more enjoyable. I ride my bike through my neighborhood and throughout the city which accomplishes my exercise and exploring all at once!

Do what you love and it won't be work!
